Be safe. Slow down. On the long weekend and every day, we’re asking drivers to drive with care, caution and consideration. An entire community is impacted when there is an injury or death on our roads, and the pain reverberates through our city. Pedestrians and motorists need to work together to stop this. We all need to slow down. Be patient. Stay off our phones. Obey the laws. Be courteous. Drive to the conditions. Everyone deserves to get home safely. To learn more about what you can do to keep yourself and others safe on our roads and pathways, visit calgary.ca/besafe. To learn more about pedestrian safety, visit calgary.ca/trafficsafety.

It’s not a pain when you have a plan. Download the Waze app for real-time driver info and visit calgary.ca/PlanYourTrip for all the tools to help you navigate your commute.
