At 12:00 noon today, Jan. 3, 2025, nominations closed for the 2025 Calgary Catholic School District (CCSD) By-election to be held Jan. 31, 2025. There are seven (7) candidates who have filed their nomination papers for separate school board trustee:

Candidates will have until 12:00 noon, Monday, Jan. 6, 2025 to withdraw their candidacy. The official list of CCSD By-election candidates will be posted by 2 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 6, 2025.

Jan. 24 and 25, 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. – Advance Vote
Jan. 31, 10 a.m. – 8 p.m. – By-election Day
CCSD By-election voter information guides will be distributed this month through CCSD schools, homes and libraries in Wards 4, 7, 11 and 12. CCSD By-election voter information guides will also be posted on the Elections Calgary website.
