By February 5, 2025No Comments

A By-election was held Jan. 31, 2025 to fill two vacancies on the Calgary Catholic School District (CCSD) Board of Trustees. The official elected candidates are (MT) Maria-Teresa Vecchio-Romano in Wards 4 & 7 and Chantelle Dur in Wards 11 & 12. The new trustees will serve the remainder of the 2021-2025 term.

The number of residents who voted in the CCSD By-election was 382 in Wards 4 & 7 and 1,099 in Wards 11 & 12. There is no established list of eligible separate school electors for the CCSD By-election. As a result, there is insufficient data to calculate voter turnout as a percentage.

Official results for all By-election candidates are available at: https://www.calgary.ca/election/results/2025-ccsd-by-election-results.html.
