The TGCA is installing a new playground for community residents, and are looking for donations. The TGCA is close to reaching 50% of their fundraising goal! They are still looking for donations from residents and community businesses. This will be a large playground, and will be inclusive for all kids so that everyone can play. Given the size of the playground, it will be a destination for many Calgarians who live in Ward 4.

The parks department has been a tremendous ally to the TGCA in helping to fund this park, and I want to say thank you to the volunteers at the TGCA board who do so much work on behalf of the community for making this a reality. The playground will be installed on September 18th, 2018 but we still need to fundraise to meet our goal.

If you wish to make a donation you can click the link here – tgcaplayground.weebly.com also if you can spread the word to your neighbours and colleagues all help is appreciated. If you can contribute, you are eligible for a tax receipt. This will be hub for kids to play and is inclusive. I want to say thank you to the TGCA Playground Replacement Team for their continued work on making their community an even better place to call home.  We are almost there!
