After community feedback, my office worked with Calgary Roads and they are moving ahead with a RRFB on Charleswood Drive and Chicoutimi Drive NW and an RRFB on 4 Street and 44th Ave NW. These will help make our streets safer, and these to roads with their heavy traffic use needed them. These will be just another example of the progress we have made in Ward 4 with pedestrian safety. In 2015 I had a town hall to look at ways we can improve safety in our communities, and it was so successful the City replicate in every Ward to find out where the issues are that are not reflect in 311 calls.

I know we always want to get to our destination fast, but we need to be always looking out for pedestrians. As a police officer for twenty-one years, it takes one moment to destroy a life, and a family.
