Now that December is here, we can once again celebrate the 37th Annual Lions Festival of Lights in Confederation Park. This is a great family event, and a tradition for many in Ward 4 to see them. Click the link to see hours, and or course how you can help them keep this tradition going. #yyccc #yyc

‘The Festival has been organized by the Lions Festival of Lights Society for 37 years now.  Lions from Calgary and area the, members of IBEW #254 and members of the community at large donate their time to construct and set up the displays.  There are however many more people that contribute to the success of the event.  Sponsors come forward with financial support or supplies to help fund the basics.  Volunteers are the essential link to making the festival happen, without them the society or display would not be what it is today.’
