To make it easier for homeowners, building professionals and tradespeople to book and manage their inspections, The City is making enhancements to its inspection bookings process effective May 6. Customers can use the Inspections Booking System to apply for and manage development, building and trade permits.
To further support our customers, we are opening a new Inspections Call Centre on May 6. Call centre staff can help customers with the booking process, managing their inspections or setting up a myID account. Our knowledgeable staff will assist them every step of the way. Customers can reach the Inspections Call Centre by calling 403-268-5311.
