The City’s annual paving program is a widespread portfolio comprised of many major road paving projects and smaller projects localized within select communities (managed by The City’s Mobility team). Our team’s focus is pavement rehabilitation work, typically on some of Calgary’s busiest routes. As part of the City of Calgary’s ongoing efforts to improve and maintain infrastructure, the paving program plays an essential role in ensuring our streets and sidewalks are safe and accessible for all citizens.

We anticipate work will begin in June and continue through to October. The main priority of the program is asphalt roadway repair or replacement however work may also include localized repair and replacement of concrete sidewalks, wheelchair ramps, and curbs and gutters. We understand that this work may cause some disruptions to your community, and it’s our goal to do what we can to minimize impacts.

Below is a complete list of projects in Ward 4 – project locations can also be found on the Calgary Roadway Activities Map. Please note, locations may be added, removed or delayed due to weather and resource availability and coordination with other City projects and initiatives.
