On January 24th, I will be at the Rosemont Community Association, talking with residents about the upcoming April 22nd public hearing that will decide on the 33 recommendations that are part of the Calgary’s Housing Strategy. Some of them include a blanket rezoning to a base residential district or zone R-CG.
There will be information about what this means, and about the other recommendations, and I will be there to answer questions. I am supportive of many of the recommendations, but there are a few I disagree with, but I want to hear from residents.
