‘The Water park and wave pool at Village Square Leisure Centre will be closed for annual maintenance and cleaning beginning September 5, 2023. Reopening date: mid December 2023. Fitness studio, multipurpose rooms, weight room and gymnasium have reopened.’
This is on the city website, however we have been told that it will open on December 15. Thank you to the city crews who have worked on this project, and for the publics patience. This is a widely used centre for many Calgarians and I am glad that this centre has been improved.
