Today marks a solemn day for Canadians, as we stop and say thank you to those who serve our country in some way, whether in the Army, Navy, Air force, Coast Guard, or reserves. We also have the duty to take a moment of silence and reflect on those service members who did not make it home, who made the ultimate sacrifice for their country. I want to say thank you to all service members across the Country for their dedication. We will not forget.

If you can attend a local ceremony, I encourage you to do so.
